Minors must obtain verifiable parental or guardian consent before interacting with our platform. We reserve the right to verify ages and suspend accounts that fail to meet these criteria.

Text Messaging & TCPA Compliance

By submitting your mobile phone number to Inova Propaganda LTDA, you expressly agree to receive automated text messages and SMS communications at the number you provided. Message volume will not exceed four (4) messages per week. Standard carrier message and data charges may apply. You may revoke consent at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. This program is administered in full compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable federal and state telecommunications regulations.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, trademarks, logos, service marks, and other intellectual property displayed across Inova services are owned by Inova Propaganda LTDA or their respective licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access our services for personal, non-commercial use. Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of our content is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal proceedings.

Liability Cap

Our aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Inova in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, regardless of the legal theory invoked.

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted under the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or connected with these Terms or your use of our services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Natal, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil.
